NOTICE

The purchase of products from Tigerfish Products is governed by these terms and conditions.  Please read them before using our site and purchasing from us.  By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. 

 

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted and are seperately noted (free of charge delivery in the UK).  We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods.


DELIVERY
We will always aim to ship your order within 24-48 hrs of receipt (subject to weekend and holiday postal availability).  We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days from shipment.  If you require an order urgently, please email us and we will advise you on our best available delivery time.  UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will generally be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.  Orders outside the UK will be sent by Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery Service.  All orders will require a signature upon delivery.


AVAILABILITY
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.  If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative, ask if you are prepared to wait for delivery or offer a refund.


CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email to info@tigerfishproducts.com. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. The product must be returned unopened and in good condition.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery at info@tigerfishproducts.com if the goods are damaged.  If there is damage or a defect, the goods should be returned to us and you will be entitled to a full refund if it is found that the goods are defective.  Goods should be returned by recorded delivery for your own protection.  The buyer has a statutory right to take reasonable care of the items.  Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made either to info@tigerfishproducts.com or by post to Tigerfish Products, The Poplars, 63b Hardy Barn, Shipley, Derbyshire DE75 7LY, UK.  Please include your name, address, email contact address and purchase details so that we can enable a rapid and effective communication to you.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

These terms and conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

 

LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by the law, Tigerfish Products shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site for losses that were not forseeable to both parties when the contract was made and/or for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Tigerfish Products or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
